How much does it cost to work with a communication agency?

Every agency has its pricing policy. Most agencies price their product or mission by offering a package. It is not to ask for more money but because buying a website by itself without thinking about the user experience and the right SEO strategy would be, in the end, a waste of time and money. How do you price your services?

Setting the right price for our clients was a long discussion. We want to help as many companies as possible, but we know our knowledge has a price. What do you call Branding?

Website

How do you proceed with hosting our website?

It depends on your needs. If you already have a domain, we use it. If you don't, we usually work with OVH because we trust them. Our website is hosted on OVH, and it never failed. We register your website with your access and credit card so that you can manage your subscription anytime.

Do I have ownership of all the pieces you produce?

Yes, you own the right to your chosen creative direction. The creations and drafts you choose not to select belong to us. We create multiple versions of what we believe you envision. You choose your favorite one, or give us feedback and we return to the drawing board to make your dreams come true. 

How long does the branding take?

We always try to be as efficient and fast as possible. The branding process takes around two weeks to get the first draft. After these two weeks, we work closely with you and your team to alter the design to your exact liking, if need be. The features you decide to use in your branding will also determine the length of the creative process. For example, brainstorming, 3D designs, animation, video, copywriting, colors, etc. We keep working until you’re satisfied.

How long does a website take?

Without considering SEO, we design and develop simultaneously thanks to Webflow. Depending on the size of your site (quantity of pages & information on each page), the time it can take varies from project to project. We take great pride in our team and their abilities to design. Though an intricate and time-consuming process, every single demand of the client is made a priority when the strategists and design team work together.  We work diligently to provide our clients with exactly what they want, in a timely manner. 

Do you do e-commerce websites? 

We do! We create your desired template on Webflow, export it and adapt it to Shopify so you can enjoy their user-friendly CMS. We choose to do it this way because we’ve found that by using Webflow’s clean code, and later adapting it to Shopify, creates the best user experience as well as an easy-to-use website for your business to run. 

Why is SEO so important?

SEO is crucial whatever website you want to publish. First of all, you want to think about the cheapest possibility to get clients and the most automatic one. If you don’t focus on SEO you’ll have to invest a lot of money in Adwords or social media campaigns, which on the long term won’t be as effective

How does Webflow work if I want to add content to the website?

You have access to everything from your website. Their CMS is extremely intuitive and user friendly. We are happy to give you a run down of the Webflow organization system so better prepare you! But again, we take care of everything. 

Does Webflow work for e-commerce?

Yes. Their CMS offers the possibility to register all of your items and to bill using any extension you decide to use. We can create any template, with all of the features you would like on your site. We make sure the usability is of the highest level for both you and the user for the best experience possible. Can Webflow support powerful and important websites?

Yes, Webflow hosts their websites on AWS servers which are the most secured and powerful ones. Using Webflow ensures recognizability for your site, thereby making it rank on search engines, and finally attracting more users. Do we have complete creative control?
